Build control and endurance step by step with the JawForm Full Set. Start on Level 1 to master slow, controlled contractions with a comfortable custom bite. Move to Level 2 when L1 feels easy and pain-free, then finish with Level 3 to develop endurance & precise control. All three exercisers use boil-&-mold bite pads for a secure, personalized fit. Training focuses on technique and control — not chewing force.

First-time molding (required for each exerciser)

  1. Bring water to a boil, remove from heat; submerge the exerciser for 4 minutes at ~70–80 °C. Do not microwave.
  2. Remove with tongs; wait 10–15 s to avoid burns.
  3. In front of a mirror, center and bite firmly for 5–10 s to imprint the pads.
  4. Briefly cool in water to set. Re-mold if needed. Spare pads included.

Training plan (42 days)

Block 1 — Level 1 (Days 1–14)

  • 3–4 sets × 15–30 reps, slow & controlled
  • Upright posture, relaxed shoulders, teeth on pads only
  • If you feel fatigue or soreness, rest 1 day and continue

Block 2 — Level 2 (Days 15–28) (begin only if L1 was pain-free)

  • Days 15–21: 3 sets × 20–30 reps, ~2–3 s per rep, 1 day on / 1 day off
  • Days 22–28: 3–4 sets × 25–40 reps, same tempo, 2 days on / 1 day off
  • Form cues: neutral head/neck, no jaw jutting; stop the set if form slips

Block 3 — Level 3 (Days 29–42) (begin only if L2 was pain-free)

  • Days 29–35: 3–4 sets × 25–40 reps, slow & controlled, 1 day on / 1 day off
  • Days 36–42: 4 sets × 30–50 reps, same tempo, 2 days on / 1 day off
  • Progress is about control, not force. End the set if technique degrades.

Care

  • Rinse with mild soap and water after each session; air-dry
  • Keep away from heat, sunlight and sharp objects
  • Replace bite pads when worn

Safety

Not a medical device. Do not use with braces, recent dental work, TMJ disorders, or jaw pain/clicking/locking. Stop if you feel pain, numbness or dizziness and consult a professional. Normal wear on bite pads is expected (hygienic/consumable item).
