Return window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
For EU customers, this also satisfies the 14-day cooling-off right.
Eligibility
- Item must be in the same condition you received it: unused / unworn, with all tags, and in the original packaging.
- Hygienic/consumable items (e.g., Jaw Form and its bite pads) are non-returnable once opened or used.
- We don’t accept returns of gift cards, final-sale items, custom/personalized items, or hazardous materials.
Damaged / wrong item
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours with photos/video if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How to start a return
- Email info@sharksline.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we’ll send return instructions and the nearest return address (DE or TR).
- Ship the item back using a trackable service. Unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect), return shipping is paid by the customer.
Items sent back without prior authorization may be rejected.

The fastest way is to return the item first. Once accepted, place a new order for the product you want.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
If 15 business days pass after approval and you don’t see the refund, contact us at info@sharksline.com.
