Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ships from: Germany (Cologne) or Türkiye (Ankara), depending on stock and destination.

Carriers: We ship with trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, DPD, PTT or the local national postal service. All orders include a tracking number.

Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
  • If an item is on pre-order/back-order, we will display/notify the expected dispatch date on the product page or at checkout.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the EU, UK, US/Canada and many other countries. If shipping isn’t available at checkout for your location, email us and we’ll try to help.

Rates & Delivery Estimates

Final rates are shown at checkout based on destination, weight and service. Typical transit times after dispatch:

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier picks up your parcel.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
  • Please check your local customs website for guidance before ordering.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please ensure your name, address and phone number are accurate at checkout.
  • If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately. We can update it only before dispatch.

Delivery Issues

  • Missed/Failed Delivery: If a delivery attempt fails or the parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price (shipping fees are non-refundable).
  • Lost or Stuck Parcels: If your tracking hasn’t moved for 10+ business days, contact us. We’ll open a carrier investigation and resolve with a replacement or refund where applicable.
  • Damaged Parcels: If your package arrives damaged, retain all packaging and contents, and email photos/video to info@sharksline.com within 48 hours so we can assist.

Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, items may ship separately from Germany and/or Türkiye. You will receive tracking for each parcel.

  • We may be unable to ship to certain PO boxes, military addresses or remote regions depending on car
