2) Mandatory Boil & Mold (First Setup)

  1. Bring clean water to a rolling boil in a small pot.

  2. Lower the heat; using tongs, fully submerge the device.

  3. Keep it in the hot water for 4 minutes (for sterilization and softening).

  4. Remove with tongs; wait 10–15 s to avoid burns.

  5. In front of a mirror: With the logo tip facing up, center the device and bite firmly and evenly for 5–10 s so the pads take your dental shape.

  6. Remove and set in cold water for 30–60 s to lock the mold.

  7. If the fit isn’t right, repeat the steps or use a spare pad.

Safety notes:

  • Do not use a microwave/dishwasher.

  • Avoid prolonged contact with the pot’s metal bottom; keep it floating/submerged.

  • If it feels too hot, wait a few seconds before molding.

3) Posture & Technique

Neutral head/neck, relaxed shoulders; device centered; no jaw jutting; smooth compressions with slow nasal breathing.

4) 14-Day Starter Plan

  • Days 1–3: L1 · 1 × 30–45 s · 1 day on / 1 day off

  • Days 4–7: L1 · 2 × 45 s (60–90 s rest) · 1 on / 1 off

  • Days 8–10: L1–L2 · 2 × 60 s · 1 on / 1 off

  • Days 11–14: L2 · 3 × 45–60 s · 2 on / 1 off

Ceiling (beginner): 2–3 sessions/week, ~3–5 min net work/session. Reduce volume if you feel joint fatigue/pain.

After Day 14: 2–3×/week, 2–3 sets × 45–60 s; deload ~40% every 3–4 weeks.

5) Who Should Be Cautious?

History of TMJ/TMD, frequent headaches, bruxism, ongoing orthodontic/dental treatment. Stop if you feel sharp pain, worsening joint sounds, or numbness.

6) Cleaning & Storage

  • After each use: wash with warm water + food-grade soap; air-dry fully.

  • You may re-sterilize briefly in boiling water when needed.

  • Keep away from heat/sharp surfaces; replace if deformed/cracked.

7) Returns & Warranty

Due to hygiene, opened/used items aren’t eligible for return/exchange.
