Important: Before first use, boiling sterilization + molding is mandatory. Using the device without shaping the bite pads may harm your teeth/TMJ.

1) In the Box & Levels

Level 1 (Beginner): Soft Pink, Blue, Green, Orange

Level 2 (Intermediate): Purple, Blue, Green, Orange

Level 3 (Advanced): Dark Purple, Blue, Green, Orange
Always start with Level 1 and progress gradually.
2) Mandatory Boil & Mold (First Setup)
-
Bring clean water to a rolling boil in a small pot.
-
Lower the heat; using tongs, fully submerge the device.
-
Keep it in the hot water for 4 minutes (for sterilization and softening).
-
Remove with tongs; wait 10–15 s to avoid burns.

In front of a mirror: With the logo tip facing up, center the device and bite firmly and evenly for 5–10 s so the pads take your dental shape.

Remove and set in cold water for 30–60 s to lock the mold.

If the fit isn’t right, repeat the steps or use a spare pad.
Safety notes:

Do not use a microwave/dishwasher.
-
Avoid prolonged contact with the pot’s metal bottom; keep it floating/submerged.

If it feels too hot, wait a few seconds before molding.
3) Posture & Technique
Neutral head/neck, relaxed shoulders; device centered; no jaw jutting; smooth compressions with slow nasal breathing.
4) 14-Day Starter Plan

Days 1–3: L1 · 1 × 30–45 s · 1 day on / 1 day off

Days 4–7: L1 · 2 × 45 s (60–90 s rest) · 1 on / 1 off

Days 8–10: L1–L2 · 2 × 60 s · 1 on / 1 off

Days 11–14: L2 · 3 × 45–60 s · 2 on / 1 off
Ceiling (beginner): 2–3 sessions/week, ~3–5 min net work/session. Reduce volume if you feel joint fatigue/pain.
After Day 14: 2–3×/week, 2–3 sets × 45–60 s; deload ~40% every 3–4 weeks.
5) Who Should Be Cautious?
History of TMJ/TMD, frequent headaches, bruxism, ongoing orthodontic/dental treatment. Stop if you feel sharp pain, worsening joint sounds, or numbness.
6) Cleaning & Storage

After each use: wash with warm water + food-grade soap; air-dry fully.

You may re-sterilize briefly in boiling water when needed.

Keep away from heat/sharp surfaces; replace if deformed/cracked.
7) Returns & Warranty
Due to hygiene, opened/used items aren’t eligible for return/exchange.
